In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated April 27th 2016 (hereafter the GDPR) and subsequent regulation, GONDIPLAS hereby informs all users of the website www.gondiplas.com (hereafter the Website) about how the personal data which they provide when accessing and using the Website, and during their relationship with GONDIPLAS, are processed.

By accepting this legal notice, the user is informed of how we will use their data and provides their free, informed, specific and unequivocal consent for the data provided freely by them on our Website, whether through the contact form or via the email address, to be processed by GONDIPLAS.

The data requested through the forms on the Website are general in nature and are mandatory (except where the required field indicates the contrary) for meeting the established purposes. Data provided through the contact form on the Website:

• Where there is already a contractual relationship with the user, the data shall be held for as long as said relationship is maintained between the user and GONDIPLAS, and for the time scale necessary to comply with applicable current legislation.

• Your data will be held for as long as necessary to process and respond to your enquiry, after which they will be held for the statutory time scales pertaining to the legal obligations arising from said enquiry.
• Where there is already a contractual relationship with the user, the data shall be held for as long as said relationship is maintained between the user and GONDIPLAS, and for the time scale necessary to comply with applicable current legislation.
• Curriculum vitae voluntarily submitted by users will be held for one year. After this period has elapsed, and in the event that a user does not enter any selection processes in GONDIPLAS, their personal data will be erased and the original information destroyed.

Recipients of your data

We will not communicate your data to third parties except where legally required to do so.

User responsibility

The user guarantees that the data they provide to GONDIPLAS are accurate, complete and up-to-date. To that effect, the user is responsible for the veracity of all data which they communicate to the company and shall update the information provided as and when necessary so that the data reflect the user’s current situation.

The user guarantees that they have informed third parties whose data they have provided to the company, where applicable, of the content of this document. Similarly, the user guarantees that they have obtained the authorisation of said third parties to provide their data to GONDIPLAS for the purposes indicated.

Exercise of rights

GONDIPLAS will at all times process the user's data in a strictly confidential manner and will uphold the mandatory duty of secrecy in that regard. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and other applicable regulation, GONDIPLAS has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of personal data and to avoid their alteration or loss, or unauthorised access to these, taking into account the state of the technology used, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed.
