Gondiplas has injection machines with clamping forces of 30 to 1,000 tons for processing all kinds of plastic materials. All are equipped with robots, autoloaders, dehumidifiers, dispensers, etc.

We have two Engel: a 1,000-ton machine with a maximum injection volume of 4,160 cm3, and a 700-ton machine with a maximum injection volume of 2,740 cm3.
State-of-the-art machine equipped with 3 sprues, 8 sequential injection points, 16 heating zones and all other cutting-edge features required to produce technical parts and large clamping sections.
Gondiplas is one of the only workshops in the Basque Country with this kind of machinery capable of producing large parts for the automotive industry, such as bumpers, etc.

Gondiplas also has four Demag machines: 210, 420, 500 and 650 tons.
Externally conditioned to obtain the perfect injection of parts with high aesthetic requirements for use in the chrome plating process.
Machines well known for their solid, compact construction accommodating a great deal of space for large moulds. The roller action in the clamping unit renders high speed and extreme precision.
Maximum injectable volumes: 442 to 2,835 cm3.

We have 6 Arburg machines with clamping forces of 30 to 200 tons. This wide variety of sizes translates into a broad spectrum of applications and reliable machine operation.
All are hydraulic machines permitting optimum configuration for working with every known injection process. This excellent basic equipment makes for very high technical capacity.
Our Arburg 60 Ton machines have adaptable injection units for processing materials with high fibre content. All are fitted with a SEPRO robot and have a complete range of peripherals to ensure that our parts come off the line in the same fine quality.
